Our stay at Casa Morena was truly delightful. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful streets and churches of the city. The rooms were charming, with lovely floor tiles and a beautifully decorated washroom. We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite with its own patio, offering a stunning view of the historic area. The comfortable beds provided a luxurious night's sleep, and the sound of the church bells created a soothing atmosphere. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We also appreciated the daily delivery of juice, roll, and coffee to our room. Despite a few stairways to navigate, we found them to be part of the hotel's unique charm. I highly recommend Casa Morena for a wonderful stay in San Miguel de Allende.

Spent my Christmas in a cozy hotel with amazing views. the rooms were spacious and offered great amenities, including a private terrace and included breakfast. the location was convenient and everything was just a few steps away, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The noise from the street traffic was a major issue and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the lack of reliable internet made it challenging to stay connected and plan out our daily activities.

The staff was nice and helpful. , the room had a nice view of the city.
The hotel was in need of major renovation and maintenance. The bed was uncomfortable, the room had a musty smell, and the street noise was unbearable.
